With a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, Erika Solis has always had a passion for learning and understanding the diverse needs of people. Her education reflects her love for helping others and being of service in meaningful ways.
As the first in her family to graduate college, and the oldest daughter of immigrant parents, Erika has spent years helping her family translate and comprehend important documents. She understands firsthand how essential it is for individuals to feel confident in understanding the information they receive, and she strives to provide that same clarity to her clients. For Erika, solving problems and making complex ideas simple is deeply rewarding.
Beyond her professional life, Erika is a devoted mother of four, a role she treasures above all. Being a mom shapes her view on life and motivates her to bring her best self to her work every day.

About Our Agency's Name
At Four Arrows Insurance, our name is drawn from Psalm 127:3-5, which speaks of children as a blessing from the Lord, comparing them to arrows in the hands of a warrior. This verse reminds us of the importance of raising and discipling our children to live Christ-like lives. As parents, we take great pride in shaping not only their faith but also their character, teaching them to act with integrity and compassion.
We strive to live out these same values in our business, ensuring that our moral and ethical character is evident in everything we do. It is important to us that our children see their parents leading by example, demonstrating honesty, trustworthiness, and dedication both at home and in our work.

How do we get paid?
Our service of educating you on Medicare, and helping you choose the right plan for your needs is completely FREE to you. However, to put food on the table we get paid directly from the carriers. Our commission is standard no matter which carrier you choose. This allows us to give you an unbiased opinion.
All Medicare supplements are standardized based on the Plan Letter. This means that if you have a Plan F with one company it is the same Plan F with another company. The cost can differ between the companies for the exact same coverage. Typically, folks can get a much lower price for the same plan if they are in fairly good health.
Independent vs Captive Agent?
How is it possible to get the same plan at a lower cost?
Independent agents are able to sell many different insurance companies. This essentially allows an agent to give their client an unbiased opinion. Captive agents work for one insurance carrier. They are “captive” to that company and therefore can only sell that ONE company. Four Arrows is an Independent Agency.
